    <description>&lt;P&gt;I feel I have little to no help from EE with regard an upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded to iPhone 14plus when I wanted a pro. My mistake, so I returned the phone. I have had notification from DPD that EE have received the phone. Nothing from EE and when I phoned to sort a new phone they said they cannot help till I receive a text saying they have received it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is very unhelpful. I am using a smashed iPhone 7 that is not fit for purpose and has caused so many issues etc. I am business user and have been been with EE for a decade. I offered to cover the cost of the other handset as well while this is being sorted but no can do. I would have thought that the thousands of pounds I have spent over the years would have been enough but apparently not. Seems the 'we're here to help' is only when you are making money. This is a legitimate problem which EE would do well to circumnavigate. The business team were almost rude when I phoned to look at resolving this issue. If you were real business support you would resolve this, instead I will be forced to take my business elsewhere&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I am sorry to hear this and any inconvenience this may cause.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Our current process is to allow a change in device and a new upgrade to complete the phone must be returned and your account reverted back to your original plan.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Should our upgrades team try and upgrade your account now it would not complete as your account won't be eligible as your plan has not been reverted back yet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As soon as the phone has been scanned into the warehouse we will notify you.&lt;/P&gt;
