      <title>New upgrade, no confirmation email</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Evening folks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I upgraded via phone call my 3 contracts which had ran out and 1 was for a new phone ( samsung galaxy s23 ultra in phantom black 256gb) on the max plan, the other 2 were just sim plans.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received email confirmations for the 2 sim contracts and can now see both in MyEE, but did not receive anything for the mobile phone upgrade, nor can I see anything about it in MyEE….&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the woman I was talking to did say the phone was out of stock and would take around 3 days minimum, and I done the text contract agreeing for all 3.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but I have no details for the phone via email and am afraid I may miss out on the “free galaxy 2 buds” if the order did not go through as the buds offer finishes tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
