@MeganBolton1 : Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? You cannot order an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.

@MeganBolton1 You can not purchase a tablet on contract unless you already have a phone contract with EE.

@XRaySpeX Not sure why you’ve put that as an iPad isn’t an accessory and they are not even sold via the add to plan store.
