Hi,

I’ve ordered monthly SIM card on Friday and got a confirmation email it hasn’t arrived yet. How long does it take to arrive the order? And do I basically get any emails when the order dispatched?

Welcome to the community,

SIM cards are sent out by second class post, but if you do not want to wait that long, you can go to an EE store with ID and they will be able to provide you with it.

SIM Orders can take 2-5 working days to arrive and will be delivered by Royal Mail.
