You've no need to make any claim. Had you looked under the Features section from where you ordered it you will find:

Your Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro Graphite will be delivered to your account address within 15-30 days of your purchase, excluding weekends.

@XRaySpeX That’s an Oppo phone not a Samsung phone.
Oppo will not give a Samsung product away with their device they are rival companies. You receive the ENCO X2 earphones that are made by Oppo.
