      <title>Mobile stuck in queue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered an iPhone 14, I have been phoned by EE to say my order is 'stuck in a queue and they don't know how to push it through'.&amp;nbsp; It is meant to be delivered tomorrow.&amp;nbsp; I have not received a delivery tracking number or any other communication.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this not an internal IT issue and your IT team deal with it instead of me being notified?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was told that I might need to reapply- wouldn't this affect my credit rating?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am confused. Because I don't have an EE number I cant seem to get through to your customer service team.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
