    <description>&lt;P&gt;If it's not pending &amp;amp; it's not debited, you've not paid anything. You can only assume EE's cancelled it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Payment error, did ee cancel my order?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have ordered an EE product (pay as you go mobile) on 23 February 2023, on my online banking app it was pending to be taken out for 4 days straight. Until today it wasn’t evidently seen on my banking app, ee hasn’t taken out my money nor was it pending anymore. Does that mean ee cancelled my order?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
