Swapped in transit it seems

Today i waited in for my new phone it was sent using the courier dpd . 2 packages arrived 1 contains an ee sim and the other which was ment to be a galaxy s23 was instead a anker plug 24v fast charger i sat there baffled for 10 mins then called ee straight away the package reads 0.4kg in weight with 1 of 1 packages so there wasnt anything else ment to be sent but i weighed the charger also and it only weighs around 50grams in weight which means somones actually managed to swap my phone for a wall charger somwhere in transit id love to know whats happend to the phone .

I would ring EE CS if I was you as no one on here as account access. If what you say as happend then the sooner you ring the better .

Ive already done that the second it happend also contacted dpd im just
trying everywhere for awnsers thankyou though
