No idea when my up grade will arrive

I requested an upgrade. On Friday , but have only had one email to confirm about my upgrade.

But, I have still not had any confirmation when my phone will be dispatched.

Tried the track my upgrade, but it says unable to find my order, tried my email address and mobile number
