      <title>Trying to return a device</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have used the text function to try and return a device. I have had no confirmation or anything back and it is impossible to actually speak to someone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone know what happens once you complete the texts to return the device?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sally&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recieved some texts which i responded to then the last text i had no reply or email. When i try to call it just sends me to the automated process and tells me they will text and hangs up.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have called 150 countless times as need to return a device within the 14 day cool off period.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have filled in countless return details via 150 daily and still waiting for information as to where to return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I managed to speak to an advisor by selecting a different option on 150&amp;nbsp; who told&amp;nbsp; me through checking records an email was sent giving details to who and how to send that a returns bag was in the process of being sent out..&amp;nbsp; today is day 14 of the cooling off process and I am still waiting!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If there is a returns bag on the way to you, you just need to pop your device in and return it to us. There's a &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/orders/how-to-return-a-product-bought-within-the-last-14-days#:~:text=You%20have%2014%20days%20from,to%20request%20your%20return%20online." target="_blank"&gt;Returning a Phone or Device Within 14 Days&lt;/A&gt; help page which explains the process in more detail. There's a returns form and a contact number for the team on there too.&lt;/P&gt;
