Hey

Has anyone had a problem with the delivery of the Samsung s23 as I have preordered my phone in store last Friday and was told it would come this week and I had no notification or nothing from the DPD and been wondering does it take that long for the phone to come

Is your order getting delivered to a chosen address or is it going to the store you ordered from?

I'd recommend getting in touch with the store to see if they have an update for you.

The delivery notifications may not come to you if it is being delivered to a store.

Thank you , I have called customer service and I have been told my phone came in on Saturday but I didn’t receive any notification what’s so ever
