trying to buy product

I am trying to buy a gaming console however it keeps telling me to sign up... i have signed up but do not have ee mobile or broadband does this mean I cannot buy anything unless a a monthly subscriber to mobile or broadband?

I have tried linking to the ee community but still says i need to link account

@GarethClifford : You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan. That's why it's telling you to login to upgrade your existing plan or add another device. You have neither of these.

I have a mobile with EE. But won’t let me apply for a ps5

@Bleanne88 : Is that mobile on contract? It needs to be to order an accessory. PAYG don't count.
