So does anyone know when they are sending them out. Found online they are out for release on feb17th. Have been bombarded with spam txt from ee saying welcome to your new tariff blah blah blah. So where is my new hand set then even the order tracking through the app has no idea.feeling very frustrated

@pilningpilot are you putting in the online form a tracking number or an order number? An order number starts with XKN or KXO

The plan will change once your phone has been dispatched.

Have you downloaded the DPD app and used the email address and postcode to see if they have any deliveries scheduled for you?

I shouldn't need to track dpd as when placing the order I specifically checked the box for delivery to my local store as I have an inherent distrust on most salivary couriers having had empty boxes and such from them in the past. I have also aught a driver taking a picture of a delivery then picking it up and trying to leave with it.

I assume then that I will be waiting for a while for my new handset even though it was stated amongst the barrage of txt messages I have received in recent days from ee that deliveries are being pushed out before release date wich is today supposedly.

If you have had the texts to let you know the plan is changed, the phone has been dispatched and the store will let you know when this can be collected.

You can try calling the store to see if this has been delivered.

Is there a chance of receiving the pre ordered S23 Ultra on the release date or is it a wait and see surprise, EE were happy to take money to pre order but less happy to fulfill

Had a breakthrough. Spoken to my local store and I can collect when I fancy. Not sure why no email/ txt has been sent tho. Many thanks.

If you having it delivered by courier dpd will contact you at some point to arrange day and time. If like me your having it delivered to your local ee shop give them a call. That's how I found out where mine was.
