I have ordered for a sim on 11/2/2023.

Still there is no email / sms for delivery. What can be done?

Hi,

If you ordered a sim, you will not get an sms for delivery as sim cards are posted through royal mail.
Only phone orders will get a sms / email as they are sent through DPD.

I am not an EE employee, just a regular customer. But I had the same query a while back and EE told me this.

Then had you got any tracking number from EE for Royal Mail tracking system?

No, as they sent them out regular post.
Without any tracking attached, if you want to know for certain if it has been sent out I suggest you call EE or pop in to an EE store.
