S23 Ultra Pre Order

@samsung and some couriers will be dispatching pre orders for the S23Ultra 512Gb in black tonight for deliveries tomorrow under a surprise and ddelight plan.

EEs website doesn't list an actual date.

Will EE be sending handsets out, for delivery tomorrow ?

Our current guidance for per-orders is to expect delivery on the day of launch.

3's website now has an expected delivery date of the 13th and a member of staff I spoke to earlier in the Samsung store said they were told to bring the launch forward to Friday. As mentioned above, people in the UK have started getting the phones today.

I'm hoping EE will follow suit and send the devices sooner!

Just confirmed my S23 Ultra Order with EE Digi Sales - they told me that EE will be despatching from the 13 February.😎

Was told yesterday 7th ( today)
This morning was told 8th
Was told 17th when I ordered and since 13th.

Ee haven't a sodding clue

Which no where does ee advertise what the launch date is!

Samsung have also brought forward the release date to today! 1000s of customers received them today.

ee have gave me 3 /4 different dates.

Was told yesterday 7th ( today) This morning was told 8th Was told 17th when I ordered and since 13th.

Ee haven't a sodding clue!

Cancelled work for today to receive my handset, to be told this afternoon they didn't really know. (I was phoning for tracking.)

Dunno where EE got 13th from though.

Orginal date was 17th of Feb, samsung brought the release forward to the 7th for pre orders, and then in store for 10th... where did 13th come from?

official release is the 13th, but Samsung has brought the deliveries forward

i ordered on 1st and cancelled then re-ordered on 4th as Samsung done new deals.

I was down originally for the 15th Feb delivery (I requested that date) as order 1tb phone, case, protector and insurance.

got email yesterday they were shipping earlier and its arrived at 9:30am this morning

the 13th is official release , hopefully they will have them with dpd by sunday night for delivery monday

you won't be disappointed with the device either

one reason why I buy direct from manufacturer, i stopped getting phones from network providers years ago as they always included their bloatware, delayed updates, branded the phones, locked the phones.

they may have changed now as i know they aren't allowed to lock devices anymore, but not sure about the other stuff and not willing take a risk. And I know not all providers used to do this

I rung ee. They said dpd had my phone but were holding it because ee told them they can't deliver them until Monday.

Samsung tell networks to launch on a specific day, and then ship their own phones early, not really EEs fault.
