I've confirmed my email and do what ut asks to join EE but I still can't oder online says I need complete the link buy registering My EE or join the community I can't register a my EE account if I can't place an order with you and I've joined the community but hasn't changed the fact I cant order anything online. Anyone else got the same problem

I'm having the same problem and I don't understand why I need to register and make an account to order from the EE Website.

I'm trying to buy a new phone but keeps saying I need to login but I'm logged in already

Don't login to your MyEE before going to the EE Shop to buy an EE mobile phone or SIM contract. It expects you to already have an EE mobile phone or SIM contract.

Thats what I want to do get a new phone on contract and pay monthly says I need to pay a upfront fee and to login and so I log in but nothing else won't let me go any further

@Asaleh123 : AS I say don't login. It'll ask you for your card details if you need to pay anything now.
