    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/224807"&gt;@James_B&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To wait 3 days and issue should be resolved, but still unable to do upgrade. Why is this taking so long this has been going on since May ? Should not take this long to log this as returned. Time to move to another provider.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Unable to Upgrade</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Upgrade was returned as I didn't have ID. This was last year May. I went to EE store last week Saturday and I was unable to get my upgrade because the return was not updated on system and still hasn't been done. How long is this going to take?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
