I ordered some Nreal Air AR Glasses in store 5 days ago, on this link: https://shop.ee.co.uk/accessories/pay-monthly/atp-nreal-air-smart-glasses/details

It says they are instock and I should expect dispatch within 3 days, can I have an update as i havn't heard anything?

@keartland Are you a EE contract customer and have been with EE longer than 30 days but are still under 17 months of that contract ?
silly question but why did you go to the store if you ordered these online ?

I am neither of those hence going in store! They placed the order for me in store with the "sales plus system" and I payed a deposit on the day (non-customers can't buy accessories online and EE are the only place that carry them). They told me it would only take a couple of days but I havn't heard anything.

Just phoned up and they said nothing can be checked on the phone so I'll go into the store tomorrow and ask!
