Not had an update on my order since my confirmation 1 week ago

It’s been 1 week since I ordered and received confirmation about my ps5 but I haven’t heard anything in a week no sort of estimate time of delivery, any idea of how I can go about getting an update?

Is the PS5 showing in your My EE account under add-ons?

Has the upfront payment been taken?

yes it’s appearing under my add ons as “£45 add on” but the bundle I have selected didn’t require an upfront cost

Have you downloaded the DPD app to see if they have any deliveries scheduled for your address?

You can use the email address and postcode to view any deliveries.
