Seriously all I want to do is by the nreal glasses, why do I have to register something first.

@Sibo2 : Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.

You can however order these from any EE Store & if they don't stock them they will order them in from another store that does via their Sales Plus system.

I don’t have anything from EE pal. But EE is the only supplier of the glasses. I selected pay monthly and asked to login. I’ve logged in but it won’t let me buy unless I register a device or visit the community.

@Sibo2 The online store your try to order these from is a store that only EE contact customers can order these from. The store is a perk of being an EE contract customer.

@Sibo2 no you can go to any EE store and place an order for them. You’ll have to purchase them outright through.

The add to plan store gives EE contract customers the option to pay for these monthly over 11 months when they are billed for their contract
