DPD will text you when your order is ready to be delivered.

Hi I ordered sim only got email saying successful then text saying dpd soon will let me know the date delivery haven’t heard no think it’s been over 2 weeks here is the order number xkoxxxxxxxxx

Hi I placed an order for a phone, paid an upfront payment, and got an email to say your order has been successful, you will be notified when DPD will deliver your order. However I’ve not heard anything since, the order is not yet showing on my EE account, has it been accepted?
