&lt;P&gt;I am sorry to hear this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you receive a text with your tracking number from EE?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once your parcel has been scanned back in the warehouse your plan will usually revert back to your original plan or if this was a new line the account will close.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You will receive notification once your parcel has been processed at the warehouse, you will then be able either re-order by giving us a call or visiting your local EE Store.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
