When will phone arrive

Ordered a new phone Saturday. Out for delivery Monday which didn’t arrive. Changed to be delivered Tuesday. It wasn’t again! Considering I have to be in to give ID! Now it doesn’t say any delivery date! Contacted EE yesterday. And still no word on when it’s arriving.

What phone, colour and storage size did you order?

You will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

iPhone 14 pro purple 125gb when it’s in stock and delivered to DPD on the 8th January and just sitting in the warehouse. It’s not good enough. I have had time off waiting for it to be delivered the Monday and Tuesday as DpD said that’s when it’s coming and now nothing and I can’t get hold off DPD! I wouldn’t off upgraded if I had known this would happen.

It’s just says your phone is delayed! And it’s still at the warehouse no update since Tuesday

I contacted EE yesterday and they raised a concern they said it could take up to 24 hours to get back to me. It’s been over 24 hours. But will try them again.

They are filling out a form to raise a incident with will take up to 72 hours before I hear back! They have credited me £10 I said it’s not about the money it’s offering a service which they haven’t honoured.
