iPhone 14 Pro Max

Ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max 1Tb space grey on 02/01/2023. Email says “dispatch expected within 24 hours” yet I’ve heard nothing for the last 2 days. Any idea what’s going on and how long it’ll take?

I ordered a Black 256GB more than 2 weeks ago, said ‘usually dispatched within 1 business day’.

Now has changed to ‘your pre-order is confirmed’ and now ‘your order is on track’ (no clue what that means as no tracking etc).

Spoken to CS who said it would be sent in the first half of the week but nothing.

Any advice? Tia

The estimated dispatch time when your order was placed was 28 days for that model.

You'll receive a text message with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

Same situation as billypm. I ordered 29/12 and the dispatch time was 1 business day. I selected pick up from store as I thought this would be faster than deliver. I've not received any updates on the order since the expected delivery of 3/1. I can't track the order either. Quite frustrating.

I ordered purple iPhone 14 Pro 256gb. Are you able to tell me the dispatch time on this model? It looks like I start my contract from yesterday but I don't have the EE sim or phone.

Seeing quite a few complaints about people waiting weeks after their expected delivery date to still have no products or updates on delivery and it’s got me worried about my new phone. I ordered my phone on the 2nd and it’s now the 6th and I’ve not had one update, not even one to say my order is on track etc. just “usually dispatched within 2 weeks”. Anyone here waited way past their expected delivery date?

I have the same issue ordered on the 30th no update on the app I called them yesterday said it will be with me today or latest Monday not counting on it as there has been so many delays 😞

Ny husband ordered an iphone 14 pro max last Nov 13 and until now we haven’t received it. Called multiple times and were given the same robotic answer. It’s frustrating because online they keep changing the estimated delivery dates from 7-14-28-7, while there are customers like us who have been waiting for over 50 days already!

Wow that’s a long time to wait. Mine just said “your back order is confirmed” but I’ve had no more updates and I’m nearly halfway through the waiting time. I just want my new toy to arrive

So, when I ordered my phone the site said “usually dispatched within 14 days”. This is the 5th day I’ve been waiting and the site has changed and now says “usually dispatched within 7 days”, so when is my phone actually due to arrive? I’ve had no order updates at all except “back order confirmed” on the 2nd January, that’s all. Anyone else who ordered an iPhone 14 pro max 1Tb around that date had any information or order updates?

The EE Shop will show an expected guidance when the order is placed and any updates would show on the order tracker.

All orders are cleared on a first come, first served basis, clearing the oldest orders first.

As soon as your order has been dispatched DPD will be in touch to arrange delivery.

So if I ordered one today I’d have it within 7 days, but I’ve seen people have been waiting over a month for their new iPhones. I’ll definitely be getting some compensation for false delivery info if I don’t receive it within the next few days.
