Hi, I recently ordered a new phone on contract with EE but wasn’t given an order number to track it with in my confirmation email, please could you help me find it?

Thanks for coming here.

Once the order has been processed you will receive another email with a tracking number.

When did you place the order?

Heyy thanks for the reply! My order was placed yesterday morning. Maybe it just hasn’t been processed yet? I’m probably just being impatient😆

If you give us a call on 0800 956 6000 the team will check the order has been processed and provide the tracking number 🙂

Heya! So I rang them and it wa skits too early for me to have received the tracking number yet! My bad I was probably just being impatient 😆😆 thank you for your help yesterday!
