Hi,
So I've placed an order on the 5/1/23, received order confirmation, called EE for security verification. When upgrading it said it usually is despatched within the next working day. The next working day has come and gone and there's no further update and I'm unable to track my order.

I have checked our current stock and it is showing as available to order and usually despatched within 14 days.

As soon as there is an update regarding your order you will be notified.
