So I was due an upgrade few days ago, done it early on 23/12/22, but before I made the choice of phone I wanted, I contacted EE to find out if the Google pixel 7 pro was in stock in the colour I wanted as it did say dispatched within 21days but I was told it was in stock therefore went ahead and just upgraded to that, got an email for order confirmation etc, waited about a week not hearing anything so I contacted EE again to see if they had any more information but basically just got told it will be sent out when it's in stock, so why am I getting told it's in stock then getting told I have to wait for dpd to contact me with delivery order details 😴
