Hi, I ordered a iphone 14 plus in blue 128 GB on the 30th of January 2022, I believe it restocked today but I still haven't received any updates about it even to like give me tracking information. On the email it says that they aim to deliver within 2 days, if not then they will contact me but all they have sent me is direct debit details

I’m guessing you mean 30th December as 30 January still a while a way yet but yre best option is to make a DPD account using same email and phone number you used for the order with EE and if DPD have updates you’ll find out. DPD updates seem to be more reliable than EE tracking system in my experience but you can also ring CS on 150 and ask them for update also.

Yes i did mean the 30th of December my bad. for some reason it wont let me make a dpd account so ill try cs tomorrow
