Hi. I’ve upgraded my phone recently which was supposed to reach me today but on tracking I can see that it was refused but I don’t understand who did that as I was home and no one knocked at my door.
now it says it’s on its way back to ee. Can I collect it in a ee store today please

I'm sorry to hear there was an issue with your delivery.

It's unusual for an order to be returned after only one delivery attempt so I'd recommend contacting Customer Care on 150 to check what has gone wrong.
