&lt;P&gt;This is a different process to sending a confirmation email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Proof of Purchase - No Order Confirmation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded from a sim only contract to a new phone a couple of days ago (order placed over the phone), but there was an error in the e-mail address the order confirmation was sent to so I didn't receive one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called and was told that a new order confirmation couldn't be sent to the correct e-mail address because it was an automated process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to submit proof of purchase, but without the order confirmation, does anybody know what else I can get hold of?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
