Have I been accepted

Hello,

I made an online order last night for an iPhone and paid a £50 upfront cost. I then received an email with an xko reference. Does this mean it has been successful? I was expecting a credit check but I'm not sure if this has happened. I haven't received a notification since.

Thanks for your reply how long will I have to wait? I'm unable to track the
order using the number and the money has been taken.

If you wish for a full update on your order I would recommend giving us a call on 0800 079 8586 from any landline or provider or 150 from an EE mobile.

Hello,

Neither of them work as I don't have an EE number. My money was taken over
24hours ago and no update about anything.

Yes, that is a sign that your order is in progress.

You'll receive a text message with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

Hi @rberry93,

You won't be able to register for My EE until you have received your SIM, as you'll need to receive a OTP code via text message.

You can register at id.ee.co.uk/register as soon as your SIM is up and running.

Your My EE account will include all of your plan details.
