Hello I have order confirmation but I’m still waiting the message form the shop.when my order coming,on the store the team was tell me just 24 h,and I have all ready 4 days what happened????

@Florentina90 What device? Colour? And storage size ? There has also been new years and bank holiday so the transport to get that device to the store will be effected. Did you order in store or online and request a store delivery?
