&lt;P&gt;SIM card orders are sent by Royal Mail and will have no tracking details.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have not received the SIM, please give us a call on &lt;A href="tel:0800 956 6000" target="_blank"&gt;0800 956 6000&lt;/A&gt; and the team will get this looked into for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>No monthly SIM card recieved</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ordered a monthly contract SIM card on 17/12/22 but have not received it. Have received letters saying the direct deposit has all been set up but no SIM card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I also tried tracking online and it said it could not track it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
