No Order Delivery Date

Anyone know why there is no deliver date for a phone I ordered on 23rd?

What device did you order?

It's likely not processed yet. DPD were also closed. You'll receive a text DPD when your delivery is due.

For more specific information you will need to speak to EE CS on 150.

I think the courier they use, which I'd DPD is closed untill 3rd or January, hence there's no deliver dates, I've ordered mine on the 26th and usually the order information comes in within a day, but due to DPDs delivers schedules im afraid we won't have our order till January, but if not maybe there customer service has an answer due to me being unsure as well and only go the information on DPDs website

DPD are back working today, I have a delivery scheduled for tomorrow. I suspect it's more EE were on holiday, and maybe back today, but now dealing with a backlog, so may take a few days to process orders.
