When will I expect my order?

I have ordered an upgrade on my contract - I’ve ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max in Space Black of 256GB… I ordered it early hours on the 24th December. I know it says orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours but of course I wasn’t expecting this on Christmas. So I’m just wondering when deliveries will go back to normal and I might expect my phone to be dispatched? I’m a college student and my delivery will come to my home address but I will need to go back to college soon so I’m hoping it will come before I need to go back to college in the new year.

Welcome to the community.

The current guidance for the iPhone 14 Pro Max 256GB in Space Black is that it is available to order and is usually despatched within 21 days.

If this was not the guidance at the time I would recommend giving us a call.

Maybe it was the iPhone 14 that I accidentally looked at previously to the 14 Pro Max that I then thought that 1 day dispatch was for the 14 pro max aha! Is there any way to check that I’ve definitely ordered the 14 Pro Max in Space Black and 256GB?
