    <description>&lt;P&gt;Currently feel a little bit left in the dark over an ungrade I ordered on 22nd Dec.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whilst understanding why I won't have received my new handset that's pretty obvious why I do have concerns about the fact when I check my account upgrades are still being offered on my contract even though I have selected and paid for a new phone contract?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have received an initial we have your order email and have an order number. The order number when I attempt to tract says we can't provide any update and to wait for an EE or DPD email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just want to make sure my order/upgrade is received and i fully appreciate the delay due to Christmas regarding getting the handset out, I would be completely fine if I had an update to say the order would be out for delivery in 2 weeks I just need to know it's being actioned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else in a similar boat? P.s. remind me to never upgrade over Christmas time!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
