      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I'm torn with EE, I order the phone on line, DPD lose the phone - really! after a nightmare of calls eventually EE sorted it out - cancelled my phone on-line and enabled me to go instore instead. However I've still not received my refund of paying £50 twice upfront fee.. This is not a great customer experience..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
