i just received my upgraded device, how long does it take the receive the trade in kit? My EE app is showing that my contract is the original price, not the price it was supposed to be with trade in - will this change?

Trade in kits have been seriously delayed for various reasons including Royal Mail industrial action , EE are aware of this and extended my return period when I called 150.

The returns pack is sent via Royal Mail and can take 7-10 days.

Please call us on 150 if this is not with you within this time 🙂
