I have ordered a SIM only deal and am still waiting for the delivery. There has been no update on dispatch or delivery time scales.

I have left my network provider in order to get the PAC code, I am without a mobile network, could I pickup a SIM from the EE store???

Sorry to hear that your SIM hasn't arrived yet. Has your SIM with your old provider stopped working?

Yes, you can pick up a replacement SIM in your nearest EE store.

Yes my sim from the older provider has stopped working since yesterday. It is good to know that i could pick a sim from store, do you just give them the order reference???

should have know that i could collect the SIM from a store.

If you provide the number you have transferred and take photo ID to the EE Store they will be able to provide the replacement SIM card 🙂
