Iphone 14 Plus Delivery

Hi there,

I placed an order for an iPhone 14 plus yesterday the person on the phone says that it was in stock so i should be able to get it today, however i have not received a message from DPD or EE yet with a tracking number or time slot i only have an order number so when I try to track using the EE it says "Sorry, we can't show your order details right now."

Hi @jaknat , There are service disruptions with DPD which are causing delays for some parts of the UK. https://www.dpd.co.uk/pdf/DPD_Service_Disruption.pdf

Download the dpd app using same email address and phone number as your EE app and if they have it they will tell you. dpd delivery updates seem to be better than EE
