Hi, so im having a little bit of an issue;

I ordered the iPhone 14 128gb purple yesterday and was told i'd be getting it today since it was in stock, but i haven't received any updates and i'm not able to track my order either even though i ordered it more than 24hrs ago. Also, on the website it now says that it would be despatched within 14 days, so i was just curious as to whether or not this would affect my order despite the fact i ordered it when it was still 'in stock'?

What happens when you try to track your order?

DPD will text you when your order is ready to be delivered.

When i try to track my order i get told that my order details can’t be shown at the moment, which i found a little odd.

DPD will notify you when your order is coming, but if you'd like an update in the mean time you'll need to speak with our Customer Care team.
