Cancellation on 14th day.

I'm on my 14th day cooling off period and I have filled in the online returns form to send the phone back. Will this be OK or does the phone have to be physically returned back to ee within 14 days?

@Ashvstoast : You'll be OK. You only have to notify EE that you are cancelling within 14 days of delivery. They will now be in touch & send you return instructions.

fill in this cancellation form
email it to channel.returns@ee.co.uk

Looks like you'll have to print it out, fill it in & then photocopy it.
