Hi, I ordered an iPhone 14pro max on 23 November and received a text massage on 17 December that my order is ready to collect in the store. I went there on 18th (yesterday) and your representative said they haven’t got it yet. And also it’s mentioned on the message that it would be on hold till 23rd. Could you please guide me in this case? Thanks
