@Shaun106 To order from the add to plan store you have to be a contract customer and then you can order from the add to plan store when you’ve had that contract 30 days.

@Shaun106 : If you want to order a mobile phone or SIM contract, don't login to your MyEE before going to the EE Shop. It expects you to already have an EE mobile phone or SIM contract.

You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.
