I upgraded my phone on 4 Dec and haven’t had an update on my order since the initial email arrived. Can someone please advise how much longer I’ll have to wait? Upgraded to iPhone 14 Pro 128gb Gold. Thanks.

As for wait unless you're lucky a minimum of at least 28 days.

If you can get to speak to right person there is issues with the manufactures factory in China was told this on the phone when called them on Wednesday

There is posts in this community page where customers been waiting since October and still not received there iphone yet

Also there saying more then 28 days wait depending on how many orders before we placed our orders like stated some customers been waiting since October

Thanks for this. Except I was told upto 2 weeks by the person who completed my upgrade over the phone. I don’t get why they would say that if it’s going to be much longer than that 🙄
