&lt;P&gt;SIM Orders can take 2-5 working days to be delivered to you by Royal Mail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have no SIM after this time frame please call us on 0800 079 8586.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I have tried to track my order but it says that it cannot show the details right now.&amp;nbsp; Can you confirm if the order is being processed and when I am likely to receive the upgraded Sim Card?&lt;/P&gt;
