I purchased two phones for myself and my husband in store at the weekend, we chose the pixel 7 which came with the offer of a free smart watch, do I need to still claim for the watches, or does it automatically get ordered from store? The sales representative said it should be in the post in the new year, but wanted to check that we will receive them. There is nothing showing in our orders so starting to panic.
