I had the deep purple 128gb and ordered yesterday, only really need to know as me being in work i wont be able to get parcel so ild need to book the day off

Hi, I placed an order at the start of December for a iphone 14 pro max silver. Have had no details on when it will arrive, when it said it was dispatched and the shop won’t help track or help me with my issue!
