Iphone 14 pro max still waiting

Ordered the new iPhone 14 Pro max in spaceblack 128gb on 29th of October and was told delivery will be within 28 days still haven't had a email off dpd and the only updates im getting on the ee tracker is its coming soon and mu orders on track, so frustrating anyone received any update on a order around this time frame?

I ordered the same model on the 3rd November and I’m still waiting. I was told by EE it would be delivered on the 24th. EE tracker also just says my order is ‘on track.’ I have no idea when it’s coming but it’s exceeded the 21 day wait that I was originally informed of.

I ordered the same device on the same day I also have had no emails or updates. I was told I would have it within 14 days its been almost a month.

I ordered mine on the 21st of October and I've phoned EE 3 times now to be told different things. I even waited in one day as I was told it was being sent out to me in 2 days guess what it never came. On the last phone call the man told me that I was lied to basically and that EE has no idea when they will get more stock in so just be patient

When I made the order it was within 28 days now that deadline has passed your now telling me it could arrive when ever cuz it's first come first serve iv paid an upfront cost for a phone to be delivered within 28 days now you've missed the deadline where do I stand, iphone 15 will be out by the time I get mine, I paid upfront cost for a phone not a placement in a cue, so there for I have been misslead and it's coures alot of distress as my phone packed it and I was talked in to an early upgrade rather than my phone being fixed

I’m in the same situation I paid of my other contract £477 as I was told I would have it before I needed it for my sons 18th birthday, they’ve continued to take the monthly payment after me paying it all off and they obviously have absolutely no idea when the phone will be available! They have done nothing but lie just look at the replies on all these posts, they ask what model etc then say 14 days or within 21 days, when all along they don’t have a clue! It’s shocking I’ve basically just paid almost £80 after paying off contract in full for a bloody SIM card I will be looking into this as it’s not right!!!

I agree, I paid off my contract aswell and they was talking me into getting the iPhone 14 pro max telling me it’s in the warehouse and that it will be out of delivery soon. When it’s all lies they shouldn’t be giving people false hope. I have now paid it off and waiting for a phone which seems like I’ll be waiting at least a few months for!
I have just seen on the news about China having the factory riot and it says it’s leaving apple short of millions of iPhones. Why they are letting people buy it when it’s not even in stock I don’t know!

I think EE need to keep us updated better I was originally told 14 days then went to 3 weeks now over a month and now been told yesterday to wait at least 2 more weeks for the iPhone 14 pro max the annoying thing is I went to the apple shop in Kingston and if I ordered with them would of have it a week ago gggggrrrrrrr

It’s very irritating! I keep getting told different things aswell. If they don’t know themselves they shojmdnt be giving us false hope. I got told 28 days then 2-3 weeks and then 7-8 days.

Update, i rang today and now been told could be another 28 days so come on EE just tell us the truth as it is very frustrating ,first told 14 days then 21 days then 28 days and gone over that and as i said at the start now been told probably another 28 days so looking at new year so EE not your finest moment and yeah there is more important things in the world but just give us a date rather than what seems like fobbing us all off

Yeah they may be more important things in the world but it’s ridiculous when you get told about 10 different dates it’s not fair! When clearly they don’t know themselves and most of us either paid upfront cost or most of our contract off! It’s so bad.

I was told by EE that I will get a text within 15 minutes and the phone will be either delivered tomorrow or day after. This was last week. When I called after two days, I was told that it must be a new associate and he wouldn’t have known. Agents attending the calls on 150 would make up any story to get rid of the customer. I ordered AirPod max with my phone and specifically asked to get the AirPods ASAP and I was even charged £6.99 for their delivery only to find out after a few days that it has all been clubbed together and the AirPods will arrive with the phone. I did however got a £30 credit for the inconvenience. Customer service agents are very polite and take their time in explaining things but the information is all wrong most of the times.

I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max, 128Gb Purple on Dec 6th and still got no updates nor how long is it going to take. Does anyone know how long is the wait, and if anyone ordered it this month and got it?

The current delivery guidance for that model is 'expect dispatch in more than 28 days'.

Orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis and you'll receive a text with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

If you'd prefer to switch to a model that is in stock, please get in touch on 150.

DPD will contact you to arrange delivery once they have received the device.

It may be worth checking the DPD app using the email address and postcode to check for any deliveries 🙂
