The rewards team say they can’t do anything till I receive my invite text/email and to contact ee which I have done numerous times and get no answers every time and just to wait a few more days.

I’ve just rang again waited an hour to get through, the lady put me on hold before she took any details then I got cut off. It’s becoming a joke sorry but I’m just getting really frustrated now.

No. I rang on Monday again, was told will hear by today (Thursday) but still nothing so rang them again today got told to wait another 7 days. Starting to think they just keep putting me off hoping I’ll give up and lose out on the £300 they promised. I’ve messaged, I’ve emailed and rang dozens of times, I’m at a lose of what else I can do.
